An intensive online interview preparation course for ENT ST3 national selection, run by top-scoring London ENT Registrars. This highly competitive national selection process demands expert guidance, and this course is designed to give candidates the advantage needed to secure a registrar post.
The course covers what you need to succeed at ST3 interview in depth and intensively, going above what standard courses cover. This includes how to tackle each of the interview stations, how to set yourself apart in an online format, personal experiences from successful candidates, and key interview insights to ensure you hit top marks.
The course features small group learning with a maximum of 8 delegates only, ensuring personalised attention and support. The structure includes:
- Comprehensive breakdown of how to excel and score highly at each station
- Guidance on how to structure your answers to maximise points
- Breakout practice sessions for each station
- 1-1 mock interviews with detailed feedback to help you identify and address weaknesses
- Support throughout the entire interview process
In addition to the group course, one-to-one coaching is available. This allows candidates to refine interview skills with a top-scoring London ENT Registrar, cover difficult topics and weak points, and receive constructive feedback. Coaching is offered as individual 90-minute sessions (£90), a package of 3 sessions (£230), or as a standalone one-to-one mock interview with feedback (£60).
