About this course
Gain the skills and confidence to deliver safe, ethical, and high-quality male infant circumcision services through a structured, clinically supervised training pathway.
The Male Infant Circumcision Training Programme is a complete, end-to-end training pathway designed for medical professionals seeking competence in both the clinical and governance aspects of circumcision practice. The course integrates pre-course theoretical preparation, intensive in-person practical training using models and simulation, and supervised clinical experience with real patients. Emphasis is placed on patient safety, complication recognition, medicolegal responsibilities, and establishing a compliant clinical service.
This programme combines expert-led teaching, hands-on practice, and supervised clinical experience to support safe independent practice. Led by Dr Marghoob, a Consultant Urologist with over 35 years of NHS experience and more than 25 years as a consultant, the training is clinically practical and grounded in real-world NHS standards of care.
