The Advanced Certificate in the Principles of Orthopaedics is a comprehensive online course providing induction into trauma and orthopaedics. Delivered via the Orthopaedic Academy learning management system, this self-paced course is designed for healthcare professionals, students, and anyone interested in orthopaedic practice. Participants have full access for 4 months and can complete the course earlier at their own pace.
The course covers fundamental concepts across the entire orthopaedic specialty, including anatomy and physiology of the musculoskeletal system, biomechanics, fractures and dislocations, joint replacements, rehabilitation, and orthopaedic emergencies.
