About this course
This point-of-care emergency ultrasound course is designed to teach doctors and healthcare professionals practical ultrasound skills for emergency and acute clinical settings. The course comprises a two-day structure combining online teaching and practical hands-on training.
The course is run by Cambridge Medical Ultrasound, a trading name for RSARM. Delivered across an online component and an in-person practical session, learners gain core competencies in emergency ultrasound scanning and image interpretation relevant to their daily clinical practice.
Level 1 provides foundation-level training suitable for those new to ultrasound or seeking to develop emergency scanning competencies. Participants will develop the practical skills and confidence needed to apply point-of-care ultrasound in acute settings.
