The four online modules progress as follows: Module 1 (Assertiveness) covers Personal Power, Rights and Responsibilities, Transactional Analysis, and models for being more assertive in different situations. Module 2 (Influencing) discusses the Social Styles model, used universally around the world, and tools to build better rapport and connection with those you seek to influence. Module 3 is a wrap-up covering personal learning. Module 4 provides additional resources. During the live webinar, you will discuss all topics studied during the modules and practise techniques.
