Mentoring and Coaching Online Course

Core learning outcomes include gaining effective mentoring and coaching skills based on evidence-based methods, learning the difference between doing, telling and coaching, developing stronger questioning and listening skills, learning to deal with under- and over-confidence, empowering others to drive their own development, and discovering the virtues and values of patience. The course uses a wide range of media including videos, articles, and podcasts to make complex topics accessible.

All participants receive 90 days' access to the online modules plus a two-hour online live and interactive webinar (maximum 8 participants per session). The webinar acts as a validation tool and is delivered by experts in communication who hold internationally recognised qualifications in mentoring and coaching. After completing the course and attending the webinar, learners receive a certificate for 6 CPD points.

The course is fully compliant with portfolio and CCT requirements. Upcoming webinar sessions are available on Mon 06 July 2026 (13:00–15:00), Mon 03 August 2026 (19:00–21:00), Wed 16 September 2026 (19:00–21:00), Thu 01 October 2026 (19:00–21:00), Wed 18 November 2026 (19:00–21:00), and Thu 08 December 2026 (19:00–21:00). Learners can also book their webinar slot later if they prefer.
