About this course
An interactive online course providing a focused update on abdominal and pelvic MRI, delivered by Infomed Ltd, a UK-based provider of CPD-accredited medical education established in 2004. The two-day live course (21–22 September 2026) combines short theory lectures with practical, case-based learning using an interactive cloud-based DICOM viewer (PostDICOM), where participants review and report real imaging cases with immediate expert feedback from consultant radiologists.
The course is structured around approximately 100 real cases covering a comprehensive range of abdominal and pelvic imaging topics, including renal, gynaecological malignancy and adnexal imaging, small bowel, paediatric, prostate, colorectal, fistula, liver, hepatobiliary/MRCP imaging, MRA/MRV, and bone marrow and soft tissue of the pelvis. Faculty are practicing consultant radiologists with extensive national and international teaching experience. The approach is deliberately practical and interactive—not didactic—with emphasis on challenging cases, immediate feedback, and teaching pearls from experts in their fields.
By the end of the course, delegates will have a comprehensive understanding of best practice in advanced abdominal and pelvic MRI interpretation and reporting, improved body MRI skills, greater confidence in advanced practice, and clarity about any knowledge gaps and how to address them.
Participants receive:
• Live online access for both days via Webex (with interactive Q&A and chat facilities)
• 90 days of on-demand access to recorded sessions with unlimited playback
• Full access and control to the DICOM case database on the PostDICOM platform
• CPD Certificate of Attendance with 12 CPD points (RCR-accredited)• Opportunity to interact directly with faculty members• No special software required—access via web browser, downloadable app, or mobile device
